fantastic image, you see most of these in colour so i think its great to see it in b/w, realy works well

@Alun Lambert: thank you! the colors in the southwest are so overwhelming you almost need a few grayscales to keep it in check...

Your pictures are excellent, including this B&W one. In my opinion the huge water mark you place in your images detracts from the overall quality of your photographs.

@Emilio Garcia: thank you! not to belabor the point - as this comes up often - but watermarks do serve a valuable purpose (see am3's FAQ). i have lightened them in recent posts...
