I like this - the contrasting colours really work (the warm tones and cool tones)- Its a shame your watermark covers the interesting bits!!

thanks! as i said before, i view watermarks as kind of a necessary evil - but you're right - i could have placed that one better (or maybe lighter)...

I agree that watermakks are a necessary evil. Usually I can just 'see' right through them and forget them but in this case it creates a conflict because the eye wants to look at the colours and textures of the leaves but is prevented.

Great image though.

@drphoto: yes, i don't disagree - and there will be a little trial and error along the way to find a good balance - but until i get passed this 'batch' of recent uploads, there's bound to be a few more 'awkward' watermarks. thanks!
